Please mail your fees to P.O. Box 832, Niceville, FL 32588. If tournament fees are not received by April 5, your application could be revoked.

NOTE: U11 & U13 age groups (boys and girls) will play in Niceville. All other age groups will play in Destin. Due to the multiple venues, we cannot guarantee coaches with multiple teams will be deconflicted. If you are coaching more one team, make arrangements for an alternate coach.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

1. Primary check-in will be on Friday evening, April 30, from 6pm to 9pm at the Seascape Resort, 100 Seascape Dr, Destin, FL 32550. Team check-in will be held at the Seascape Golf Clubhouse. Directions: Turn into the Seascape Resort from Hwy 98 (Emerald Coast Pkwy). After passing the gate, the golf clubhouse will be the first building on the right (blue roof).

2. Backup check-in will be on Saturday morning, May 1, from 7am to 11am at the Morgan Sports Complex (MSC) or Twin Oaks Fields only. Teams must check in at least 1 hour prior to their first game, NO LATER THAN 11:00am. Due to the large number of requests for Saturday check-in, expect at least a 30 min delay. If at all possible, please check-in Friday night at Seascape. 

3. All teams NOT checking in on Friday evening need to note this on their registration.

4. The referee meeting will be on Friday night April 30 at 8pm at the Seascape Resort Conference Center. Directions: Turn into the Seascape Resort from Hwy 98 (Emerald Coast Pkwy). After passing the golf clubhouse on the right, take the first right into the conference center parking lot.
